If you get this error while generating MBean files, adding weblogic.jar to the server class path should solve this problem.
weblogic.jar can be found in WL_HOME/server/lib/
Hope this helps.

If you are getting this error, solution is simple. Scope your bindings.
Eg : ko.applyBindings(new Role(), document.getElementById(“addRole”));
ko.applyBindings(new AppViewModel(), document.getElementById(“usersTab”));
The problem is because applicationHost.config is corrupted. You may check the file size at “C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config”.
The easiest work around is to restore the file.
Here is what worked for me
I’ve had to do some research to confirm that Amazon doesn’t give out the tracking numbers on orders that are Merchant Fulfilled. I’m guessing this is not done because we as the merchant are shipping the order so there would be no need to make that information available back to us.
This facility is available only for FBA sellers. FBA Stands for (Fulfilled By Amazon). Amazon offers sellers fulfillment services, in that as a seller you can ship your inventory to Amazon’s warehouses and as the items are sold on Amazon.com, Amazon will pick, pack and ship that item directly to the customer on your behalf and charge you (the seller) a handling and shipping fee. Any reports that are generated which are associated with “FBA” are only for orders that are shipped via FBA services.
